Service Hours
All Film Assist services are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Questions submitted outside business hours will be answered the next business day. We do not provide service on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your member account. No fees, no questions. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
