How It Works

Service Hours
All Film Assist services — including Emergency Assist — are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Priority text channel, scheduled calls, and Emergency Assist sessions must occur within these hours. We do not provide service on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your member account. No fees, no questions. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
