How It Works
Submit questions, photos, or short videos via your member portal or by email. Schedule your 2 monthly calls anytime through your member dashboard. We respond to all submissions within 24 business hours.
Service Hours
All Film Assist services are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Scheduled calls must be booked within these hours. Questions submitted outside business hours will be answered the next business day. We do not provide service on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your member account. No fees, no questions. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
