No. All memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing us. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Through your member dashboard you can submit photos, videos, specs, and a description. For Standard and Premium tiers, you can also schedule live calls or FaceTime sessions.

We tell you. We have 20+ years across residential, commercial, security, and decorative film — but we will never make up an answer. If something needs a specialist, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.

Yes. Upgrade anytime — the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing period. You manage everything from your member dashboard.

Always. Project photos, specs, pricing, and customer details stay between you and us. We do not share your business with anyone, ever.

A training course is a one-time event. We are ongoing support. We are also dramatically less expensive year-over-year — Basic is less than the cost of a single training week, and you get backup every month.
